A German-made roundback bass with excellent proportions, great playability, and a beautiful amber varnish.

Martin 2019 4/4 Concert Model
Assembled and finished in England at the Martin shop, this instrument has been virtually unplayed since its orginal purchase, but has had time to acclimate to New England weather with no issues whatsoever!
It has an excellent setup by the Bass Violin Shop in Greensboro NC, and is very easy to play even with its large proportions. Offered at a fantastic price!

Century Strings Gofriller Model
Fully carved spruce top with maple roundback and ribs. This is a long-bodied bass with a very playable string length. It has a large sound suitable for jazz or an advancing orchestral student.
Several professionally-performed top repairs. Currently strung with Pirastro Evah Pirazzi medium tension strings.
